Terms of Service for Audinote App

Welcome to Audinote! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Audinote mobile application ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

  • Audinote is designed to record, transcribe, and summarize audio for personal and professional use.

  • You are responsible for using the App in a lawful manner and complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • You may not use the App for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.

2. Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • The App and all related materials, trademarks, and content are the property of Have a Day Technologies LLC.

  • You retain ownership of any transcriptions or summaries created using the App.

  • You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the App without permission.

3. Privacy & Data Handling

  • Audinote does not collect, store, or share any personal data.

  • All transcriptions and summaries are saved locally on your device and are not accessible by us.

  • Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.

4. No Warranties & Disclaimers

  • The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or availability.

  • We do not guarantee that the App will be free of errors, bugs, or interruptions.

  • We are not responsible for any loss of data, transcription errors, or damages resulting from your use of the App.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Have a Day Technologies LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

  • You use the App at your own risk.

6. Modifications & Termination

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.

  • We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
